Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

Introduction

TheAISuperHeroes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Agentic SuperHero website and service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle information about you when you use our Service.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service. By accessing and using Agentic SuperHero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, company name, and billing information.
  • Website Information: When you connect your website to our Service, we collect the URL and related metadata about your site.
  • Communication Information: When you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect your message, email, phone number, and any attachments.
  • Feedback and Surveys: If you participate in surveys or provide feedback, we collect the information you submit.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, links clicked, and actions taken within our Service.
  • Device Information: Device type and model, operating system and version, browser type and version, IP address, screen resolution and color depth, timezone, language preferences, processor and memory characteristics, touch capability, and unique device identifiers.
  • Device Fingerprinting: With your consent, we generate a "fingerprint" — a value derived from how your specific device renders graphics (canvas and WebGL rendering), which fonts are installed on it, and the hardware characteristics listed above. Combined, these produce an identifier reasonably distinctive to your device, which lets us recognize a returning visitor even if cookies have been cleared. We do not create a fingerprint unless you have consented to Personalization.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to track your activity and preferences.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how you use our Service.
  • Referral Source: The website, search engine or advertisement that brought you here, including advertising click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid and msclkid where present in the link you followed.

3. Website Data We Analyze

As part of our agent platform, we process the content and configuration you submit — agent instructions, workflow definitions, connected data sources and the inputs you send to an agent run. We do not store or retain that content beyond what is necessary to execute your agents and return their results.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our Service
  • Creating and managing your account
  • Processing transactions and sending related information
  • Sending promotional, marketing, and service-related communications
  • Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support
  • Conducting analytics and understanding user behavior
  • Personalizing your experience and recommendations
  • Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud and security issues
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service
  • With your consent, for other purposes you have authorized

How We Share, "Sell," and "Share" Your Information

Some of the practices described below are considered a "sale" or a "share" of personal information under California and other US state privacy laws. We want to be direct about that rather than rely on the everyday meaning of those words — we do not exchange your information for money, but the laws define these terms broadly enough to cover what we do.

We "sell" and "share" certain personal information, as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws, including Personal Identifiers (such as a hashed email address, IP address, and device identifiers), Internet Activity (pages viewed, links clicked, referring source), and Commercial Information.

We share this information with:

  • Identity resolution and advertising partners: who match the information we send against their own databases in order to serve you relevant advertising on other websites and applications, and to measure whether our advertising works.
  • Service Providers: We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, email providers, and hosting services.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or in response to legal requests from authorities.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit permission for specific purposes.

We do not share your information with advertising or identity partners unless you have affirmatively consented through our cookie banner. You may withdraw that consent at any time — see Your Privacy Choices below.

Targeted Advertising and Identity Resolution

If you consent to targeted advertising, we collect signals from your browser and device and send them to an identity resolution partner. Those signals may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and — if you have given us your email address — a cryptographically hashed (irreversible) copy of it.

Our partner compares those signals against their own database to determine whether they can recognize your device. Where they can, they may return a mobile advertising identifier (such as an Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID) or a household-level match. We use the result to show you advertising on other sites and apps, and to understand whether people who saw our ads later visited our site.

This process is probabilistic. It is not always accurate, and a match may reflect a household or a device rather than you personally.

You can refuse this entirely. It does not happen unless you turn on "Targeted Advertising" in our cookie banner, and turning it off stops it.

Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no security system is impenetrable. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention of Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at service@theaisuperheroes.com. Some information may be retained for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes. Website analytics and advertising data collected through our cookie banner is retained for no more than 400 days, after which it is deleted.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
  • Correction: The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: The right to delete your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Data Portability: The right to request your information in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Opt-Out: The right to opt-out of marketing communications. You can do this by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: See Your Privacy Choices below.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at service@theaisuperheroes.com.

Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising, at any time:

Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and apply it automatically, without asking you again.

Industry opt-out tools. You may also use the Digital Advertising Alliance WebChoices Tool to opt out of third-party tracking across many websites at once.

Consent is required first. We do not set any non-essential cookie, build a device fingerprint, or share information with advertising partners until you have affirmatively agreed through our cookie banner. If you take no action, nothing beyond strictly necessary processing occurs.

US State Privacy Notices

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access a copy; correct it; delete it; obtain it in a portable format; opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Categories we sell or share: Personal Identifiers, Internet or network activity, Commercial information, and Inferences drawn from these. Categories of recipients: identity resolution providers and advertising networks.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

To exercise any right, visit Your Privacy Choices or email service@theaisuperheroes.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We ask for your affirmative consent before any non-essential collection, everywhere in the world — not only where the law requires it. If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis for advertising and analytics processing is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the Your Privacy Choices control. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. For detailed information about our cookie use, please see our Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction. By using our Service, you consent to such transfers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
