These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TheAISuperHeroes ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates Agentic SuperHero at agenticsuperhero.com (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, submitting a form, or clicking one of our links, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
Agentic SuperHero is a free informational and referral website operated by TheAISuperHeroes. We publish articles and guides about agentic AI and autonomous AI agents, and we point you to third-party AI platforms through partner and referral links. You can also give us your name and email address to receive access details, tutorials and updates, and to get a personal referral link you can share.
We are not the provider of any of the AI platforms we write about or link to, and we are not affiliated with them beyond being a referral partner where a partner program exists. Any account you open on one of those platforms is between you and that provider, under their terms.
Agentic SuperHero costs you nothing. There is no paid plan, no subscription, no account fee and no billing of any kind on this Site. We do not ask you for a payment method and we will never charge you.
We earn money as a referral partner: if you follow one of our links and later choose to buy something from that third party, that third party may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay them. If a third party you reach through us offers a paid plan, any charge, renewal, cancellation or refund for that plan is handled entirely by that third party under their terms — not by us.
This is a referral site, so most of what you do here ends with you leaving for somebody else's website. Links on the Site — including links to the AI platforms we link to, and links in emails we send you — point to services we do not own, run or control.
We are not responsible for third-party services: their availability, pricing, features, terms, privacy practices, security, or anything they do or fail to do. Read their terms and privacy policy before you sign up. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee, and free tiers, trials and offers described on this Site can be changed or withdrawn by the provider at any time without notice to us.
Where the Site offers you a personal referral link, you may share it honestly with people who would genuinely be interested. Any reward for a referral is paid under the rules of the relevant partner or affiliate program, and only if that partner recognises and confirms the referral. We do not control those programs, their tracking, their approval decisions, their payout timing or their amounts, and we cannot guarantee that you will earn anything.
You may not spam, buy traffic to, cloak, misrepresent, or otherwise abuse a referral link, and you may not imply that you speak for us or for any partner. We may disable a referral link at any time, and partners may reject referrals under their own program rules.
If you submit your email address, you are asking us to send you the access details you requested plus related tips, guides and updates about the SuperHero network. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Give us an address you actually control, and do not submit somebody else's details.

The text, layout, design and original graphics on this Site belong to TheAISuperHeroes and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the Site wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.
Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
We write about fast-moving AI products. Information here can go out of date, and features, free tiers and pricing at third parties change without notice. Nothing on this Site is professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and we do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link, offer or referral reward will still be available when you use it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheAISuperHeroes and the people who work on Agentic SuperHero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost referral commissions, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or of any third-party service you reach through it — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Because the Site is free and we charge you nothing, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. Where that is the case, the above applies to the maximum extent the law allows, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheAISuperHeroes from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a referral link, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
How we handle information — what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have — is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. You can change your consent settings at any time on the Your Privacy Choices page.
In short: we collect the details you type into our forms, plus analytics and device information subject to the consent you give, and we use them to deliver what you asked for and to improve the Site. If the Privacy Policy and these Terms ever appear to conflict about personal data, the Privacy Policy governs.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice and without liability to you. We may also remove content, retire pages or stop working with a partner.
You can stop using the Site whenever you like — there is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to pay. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to the address below.
We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — continue to apply after you stop using the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheAISuperHeroes operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there. Before starting any legal proceeding, please contact us at service@theaisuperheroes.com so we can try to sort the problem out directly. Nothing here removes a consumer right you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision immediately does not waive it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
