My agent gets "error code: 1010" (403) from a Cloudflare site. What does it mean?
Fetching a page from my agent returns HTTP 403 with the plain-text body `error code: 1010`. The same URL works in a normal browser. What triggers this and what can an agent legitimately do about it?
